Full Description

This course is open to law enforcement officers and investigators and is designed to walk participants through writing, executing, and defending search warrants in court.

Topics include:

• Warrant basics and affidavits

• DWI and vehicle warrants

• Digital evidence and remotely stored data warrants

• Real-time data warrants

• Executing and defending warrants in court
