Please note: Pavilion Reservation Policies Apply and and can only be made by calling the Parks Office at 903-798-3978.

  • Yes, Texas resident and non-residents are required to purchase a fishing license. Exceptions: Texas residents born BEFORE January 1, 1931 are exempt from the fishing license requirement and resident and non-resident youth under the age of 17 do not need a fishing license. Mentally disabled persons who are engaged in recreational fishing under supervision as part of medically approved therapy and mentally disabled persons fishing under the direct supervision of a licensed angler who is a family member or has permission from the family to take the mentally disabled person fishing.

  • Yes, the waters of Bringle Lake are declared to be a "No-Wake" Zone. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a boat upon Bringle Lake in a manner or at a headway speed that creates a swell or wake. It shall be unlawful for any person to jet ski, water ski, bathe, swim, or to wash any article of any character in the water of Bringle Lake.

  • Yes, it shall be unlawful for any person to fish in Bringle Lake after sunset or before sunrise. No night fishing shall be allowed.

  • The Friends of Texarkana Parks is a non-profit 501c3 volunteer group interested in preserving, developing, and maintaining parks in Texarkana. The Friends of Texarkana Parks work in conjunction with the City of Texarkana, Texas Parks & Recreation Department in its efforts to provide recreational opportunities and maintaining park facilities.
