All Texarkana, Texas Parks close at 10 p.m., except Kidtopia which closes at dark.

We have three pavilions located at Spring Lake Park, two pavilions at Grady T. Wallace Park, two pavilions at Bringle Lake, one pavilion at Karrh Park, one pavilion at Bell Park, and one pavilion at Scott Joplin Park.

To reserve a pavilion, call the Parks and Recreation Department at 903-798-3978.

We have five fields located at Grady T. Wallace Park. A refundable deposit is required and rental costs vary according to number of fields and days requested. Please call the Parks and Recreation Department at 903-798-3978 for more information.

Yes, follow the same guidelines you would at any other lake.

No, we are only responsible for the Texarkana, Texas Parks and Recreation programs and facilities.

The Friends of Texarkana Parks is a non-profit volunteer group interested in preserving, developing, and maintaining parks in Texarkana. The Friends of Texarkana Parks work in conjunction with the City of Texarkana, Texas Parks & Recreation Department in its efforts to provide recreational opportunities and maintaining park facilities.
