A city neighborhood association is a volunteer-based group of homeowners, renters, apartment dwellers, and representatives from businesses, churches, and schools in a defined neighborhood boundary who organize to improve conditions in the neighborhood. Neighborhood Associations consist of your neighbors, family, friends, and community.
